Meet Jo

BROKER

Jo brings decades of commercial real estate experience to Valor Property Management. Jo earned her real estate broker’s license in 2001. While still being very involved in buying and selling real estate, she has directed her passion toward property management.

She specializes in managing Commercial, Office, Retail, and Industrial properties in Southeastern Wisconsin. Prior to Jo’s experience in real estate, her background was in mortgage banking.

Jo’s personal interests include spending time with her husband & four daughters, hiking in the mountains, attending local sporting events, reading, and politics.

Agent

Mari is the lead Property Manager for the Valor Company. Recently earning her professional real estate license, she brings 5 years of experience in human resources management and business administration to Valor along with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UW-Green Bay. Mari has a keen eye for cost effective, creative solutions to managing property. Mari is an excellent communicator and enjoys building and maintaining relationships in her role.

In her free time, Mari enjoys spending time with family & friends, outdoor activities, and especially traveling with her husband.
